Biddeford-Saco Wellness Crawl to Bring a Healthy Start to the New Year

The Heart of Biddeford is delighted to announce the upcoming Wellness Crawl, a transformative month-long event dedicated to promoting health, mindfulness, and community engagement. This unique experience is set to take place all through January, inviting individuals of all ages to embark on a journey towards holistic well-being.

The Heart of Biddeford Wellness Crawl is a one-of-a-kind event that blends the vibrant energy of the community with a focus on physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore various wellness stations in Biddeford and Saco, each offering a distinct experience aimed at nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. When community members attend events, they are encouraged to pick up a hole punch card at the participating business. Once five hole punches are collected at various locations throughout the month, they can be entered into a prize raffle at the Heart of Biddeford office at 205 Main Street, Biddeford. Prize baskets will contain donations from participating Wellness Crawl businesses. 

Delilah Poupore, Executive Director of Heart of Biddeford, is excited to be facilitating the event, stating, “the Wellness community in Biddeford and Saco is amazing to work with. Every business we reached out to jumped at the chance to be involved and now we have over 25 participating locations! We’re thrilled to be promoting a holistic view of wellness that can appeal to the community at large.” 

Some highlighted offerings include $50 off sauna rental rates from Driftless Sauna, Groove Cycle- a dance and spin collaboration between Groove 207 and Recycle Maine, 20% off green smoothies and CBD brewed coffee at Maine Coast Roast, and a donation-based Community Reiki class at Drift and Wander Collective.
