As always, we do a rotation of introductions, then anyone with an announcement shares.
1. Don WinterHalter said that he has a 3D printing idea for Valentine’s Day, if any store owner is interested in talking with him. Email: donwinterhalter@gmail.com
2. Melanie from the Library:
-Feb. 6, 10-Noon – Take Your Child to the Library Day
-Feb. 8, 2:30- 4 – Teen Random Fandom
-Sun., March 13, Simons and Goodwin in Concert
-Thursdays at 2:30 is Tech Time— you can bring in your technology that you don’t know how to use (or use as well as you’d like to), and they’ll help you out.
-Looking into how to serve small businesses better, so offer any suggestions to the library if you have an idea about how to do that.
-Currently building up their collection for summer months, when there tends to be a surge in readers.
3. John from J&J Antiques
-Winter hours: Thursday-Saturday, 10-5 or by appointment
5. Delilah from HOB
-WinterFest is coming up, Feb. 12-14
-Biddeford Restaurant Week is Mar. 13-19, and kicks off with the Community –Soup-er on Mar. 13
-Cooperating with La Kermesse for Block Party
-Starting plans for RiverJam and 2 Cities 1 River
The next meeting is Tuesday, March 1st, 8 am at Reilly’s Bakery.
