Join us for the spooktacular I Heart Biddeford 5K, a festive 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 31, 2026! Put on your favorite costume and lace up your running shoes for a ghoulishly good time in support of Heart of Biddeford's mission to foster a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable downtown for residents, businesses and visitors.
