🎃 Join us for the spooktacular I Heart Biddeford 5K, a festive 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 25, 2025! Put on your favorite costume and lace up your running shoes for a ghoulishly good time in support of Heart of Biddeford's mission to foster a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable downtown for residents, businesses and visitors.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for some festive fun, this event is for you! Participate as an individual or start a team with your friends & family or coworkers. Your participation helps fund HOB's year-round events that bring joy and togetherness to our community. We also invite runners ages 12 and under to join our Wild Things Spooky Spring - a short, free race with some fun prizes for all who participate!
