    About Oktoberfest

    Join us for Biddeford’s Third Annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 1-6pm, with VIP early access starting at 12pm! Heart of Biddeford has teamed up with Banded Brewing Co., Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co., Lucky Pigeon Brewing Co. and Nibblesford Cheese Shop, to bring one of the best beer traditions right to downtown Biddeford.

    We’ll be blocking off a section of Pearl Street so we can celebrate in true fest-style with festbiers, food trucks and vendors, live music, and family-friendly fun! And no long lines here! This year we have a new entry process that gets you through the gates faster than ever—so you can spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the event.

    For entertainment we’ll have live music from the Oom Pa Pas and Jason Roman, as well as Oktoberfest-themed games & activities, including Inflatable Axe Throwing, Arts & Crafts with Common Roots Studio, and our Dog Costume Contest!

    Our food trucks and local food vendors—including Batson River Brewing & Distlling, BiddoBanh, Cargo Pizza Co., Cheese the Day, Edelweiss Pastry Shop, Lucky Cat Coffee, Omi’s Haus, and Sweetcream Dairy—will be featuring delicious German fare alongside other palate pleasers.

    Ticket Types

    • General Admission: $30
      • A GA ticket gets you into the event from 1-6pm, a branded stein, and two drink tickets.
    • Non-Drinker/Under 21: $10
      • Event entry only; includes access to food trucks, entertainment, and games & activities.
    • Kids 12 and Under: Free.
    • *VIP is SOLD OUT as of 9/13!* VIP Early Access: $45
      • The first hour of Oktoberfest (12-1pm) will be VIP guests only (100 max), giving you a fast pass to beat the crowds and get to the front of the beer line! Your VIP Early Access ticket also includes a branded stein, two drink tickets, an Oktoberfest sticker, and an alpine hat!

    A very limited number of entry tickets will be available for $35 at the door the day of the event. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase on site.

    This event will occur rain or shine. Due to the upfront event costs already incurred, tickets will not be eligible for refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Either print out and give/sell them your ticket, or contact us at (207) 284-8520 with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event.

    Parking & Transportation

    For parking options, please refer to the Biddeford Visitor Parking Map. Oktoberfest attendees can take advantage of $5 all-day parking in the Pearl Street Parking Garage (P4301) with discount code EVENT25!

    For public transportation options, use the BSOOB Transit Trip Planner! The Silver Line (54) trolley is a free service that circulates throughout downtown Biddeford. Use the Main & Lincoln stop, then walk 0.3 mi to Pearl Street (7 min) for Oktoberfest!

    Riding a bike to Oktoberfest? Our friends at Bike BS will be offering Oktoberfest attendees complimentary bike parking for the entirety of the event!

    What We’re Looking For: Think leather goods, wood carvings, cozy fall décor, and seasonal pieces that pair perfectly with the event’s atmosphere!

    Temporary Road Closure Notice – Oktoberfest 2025: Please note that a section of Pearl Street, from the Pearl Street Parking Garage to the end of the street, will be closed to vehicle traffic on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. for the event. The alley between the Counting House and the Lofts at Saco Falls will be open only to those who park there. Vehicles parked in this area will have the ability to take a left turn out of the alley onto Pearl Street. We appreciate the support and understanding of local residents and businesses as we celebrate this vibrant community event. A notice has been shared with area property owners for distribution to tenants and employees.
