Vendors are permitted at the events listed above, subject to approval by Heart of Biddeford. While vendor participation is not publicly promoted by HOB, we encourage you to spread the word about your presence. Each approved vendor will be provided space for a canopy, table, and related setup needs (approximately 12’x12’). You are welcome to bring signage, handouts, and other materials to share with attendees. Vendors are encouraged to consider hosting an activity or offering an interactive element to enhance their visibility and engagement.

Art Walk
Starting May 15, 2026
Art Walk is a free, monthly event held every third Friday from May through October, where attendees stroll through downtown to explore local galleries, studios, shops, and public art displays.
Music in the Park
June 24-August 5, 2026
Music in the Park is a free summer music series in Mechanics Park on Wednesday nights with weekly attendance of ~250 people, including both Biddeford locals and out-of-town visitors.

Fringe Fest is a free, high-energy arts festival during River Jam weekend featuring bold performances, immersive art, and creative surprises.
River Jam
August 15, 2026
A premiere summer event, River Jam is a full day of live music & more in Mechanics Park. Over 3,000 people enjoy this amazing free festival!
Oktoberfest

In collaboration with Biddeford's world-class breweries, Oktoberfest features live music, food trucks, games, family-friendly activities, and of course beer! Our inaugural event in 2023 had 1,200 attendees.
I Heart Biddeford 5K

HOB's annual fundraiser, the "I Heart Biddeford" 5K, is a fun and festive road race that attracts ~250 participants — fostering an active and connected community!
Merry & Bright Night
December 4, 2026
Merry & Bright Night is an annual free holiday festival that brings the community together with festive activities including a holiday tree lighting, a visit from Santa, and live performances.

- Logo included on a shared slide in a carousel social media post featuring all Gold sponsors. -

- Small logo on event banners, website, and posters.

Bronze Sponsor $500
- Small logo on event banners, website, and posters.
- Your banner/logo associated with a particular event activity (e.g., children’s stage, horse & wagon rides, magician). You provide us with the banner and we’ll place it at that particular site.
