This winter, Heart of Biddeford’s Wellness Crawl invites the community to embrace holistic well-being with six weeks of free events, discount classes, open houses, and special deals offered by over 20 local wellness-related businesses and organizations. From January 13th through February 23rd, residents and visitors alike can explore a diverse range of activities aimed at promoting balanced living while supporting local businesses.
Participants in the Wellness Crawl will have the chance to earn raffle entries for attending qualifying events, with an exciting prize drawing to be held at the conclusion of the event. Whether you’re trying a new fitness class, learning about nutrition, or exploring holistic wellness practices, every visit gets you closer to a rewarding grand prize!
Wellness Crawl Wrap-Up Celebration
Join us Saturday, March 1st at Samudra Yoga Studio (50 Adams Street) from 12:00-2:00 PM as we wrap up another amazing Wellness Crawl! If you attended Wellness Crawl events, participated as a business, or just want to spend an afternoon in a beautiful yoga studio space with the local community, make your way over! We’ll be celebrating with refreshments, a dance party, and the big raffle drawing (need not be present to win)!
